Austin has partnered with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and engineering companies, helping them secure critical talent, deliver complex projects and drive sustainable growth. Before founding Inova Group, he played a key role in scaling engineering and commercial businesses internationally, building high-performing teams and long-term client partnerships.
