Our story
Founded by Gillian McGeever & Austin Lacey
Founded by Gillian McGeever and Austin Lacey, Inova Group was established by professionals with extensive experience across the Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.
Having worked as hiring managers themselves, Gillian and Austin created Inova to be the recruitment partner they always wanted—experienced, honest, responsive, and capable of delivering everything from key permanent appointments to complete project workforce solutions.
Today, Inova is a specialist recruitment consultancy providing permanent recruitment, contract staffing, temporary recruitment, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Combining deep technical expertise with a personalised, boutique approach, the team delivers tailored talent solutions that support clients' long-term business objectives.
The business has grown to a team of 30+ professionals, including 25+ active contractors supporting leading Life Sciences and Manufacturing organisations across Ireland and mainland Europe. In recognition of its commitment to excellence, Inova was awarded Business All-Star Accreditation by the All-Ireland Business Foundation in 2025.
